Good day! The Department of Budget and Management referred and advised me to contact this agency (Bureau of Local Government Finance) with regard to the documents I am requesting.

Specifically, I would hope to receive these documents dated 2017 to 2021:
1) LBP Form No. 1 (City of Dasmariñas)
2) LBP Form No. 2 (City of Dasmariñas)
3) LBP Form No. 3 (City of Dasmariñas)
4) LBP Form No. 4 (City of Dasmariñas)
