I tried to browse on all the available files in your website but couldnt find anything about the following information:
1. The process and criterias on evaluating the INDIVIDUAL performance of elected government officials like the Barangay Officials, Municipal and Provincial Council. 
2. Pertinent laws, rules or guidelines and the process of monitoring  of DILG for non performing elected officials.
3. Minimum standards sets by the Government in terms of monthly accomplishment for an ELECTED official to be entitled of salary.
4. Not as a whole(barangay/municipality), but individual official.
