We are currently conducting a study on the economic and market impacts of the major infrastructure projects in the Luzon area. Thus, we would like to request the latest updates on the specified projects, specifically details on the following: Updated Project Timeline, Estimated Project Cost, and Current Status/ Latest Updates (contract packages, DED status, construction start date, % overall construction activities accomplishment, and target implementation).
Moreover, may you also note the issues that may affect the successful delivery of these projects?

You asked for Latest Updates on Various Major Infrastructure Projects.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the DED of the requested projects, some are still under finalization of detailed engineering design, considering that the projects have a Design-Build contract. Please be advised as well that the LRT-6 and MRT-10 projects are still under planning and development phase as of this writing. With this, we cannot provide any information since there is no concrete data at this time.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
