Good day Ma'am/Sir, This is Kristine May Decena from Property Valuation and Credit Information Department of Land Bank of the Philippines. In regards to LBP’s efforts to provide quality financial services to our countrymen, we are updating our Estimated Construction Cost Ranges as the basis of valuation for our appraisal reports. Hence, may we seek assistance from your office in obtaining the latest/updated Estimated Cost Ranges of DPWH for roads and bridges (Unit Cost per Kilometer of every region) with descriptions.
