In Aug. 20 2019, I submitted a notarized complaint with the office of Engr. Resma , ARD for Technical Services, DENR-10, requesting hold approval for any application for survey or titling of the above property due encroaching. Thereafter, Engr. Josept Tanasas submitted an application for survey approval which until now is on hold subject for settlement. This dispute has been heard at the Brgy. Lunao, Gingoog City and a Cert. to File Action has been issued to me last 7th of Sept 2022. I am requesting copies of the sketch plan submitted for approval and the supporting Deed of Absolute Sale.
