We are from the Department of Health, Central Office, and we would like to request for data on the total number of health professional education program enrollees and graduates disaggregated per region. To facilitate and simplify the data entry process, please refer to this link: bit.ly/2005-2016-HRHGraduatesProfession that you can use as reference for the encoding of the data. Included in the template is a sheet containing the data previously provided by your office for the drafting of the Philippine’s HRH Profile.

We are respectfully requesting for the assistance in providing us the following data: Total number of health professions education program enrollees, drop-out rates, and graduates from years 2010-2023: -Disaggregated per region -Disaggregated according to the type of ownership (SUCs, public and private HEIs) -Disaggregated per sex -List of schools offering health and allied-health profession education programs (i.e. medicine, nursing, midwifery, dentistry, medical technology, pharmacy, nutrition and dietetics, optometry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, speech pathology, and radiologic technology, among others). -List of health and allied-health professions education scholarship programs offered by CHED. For ease of data collection, may we provide you with a template wherein your good staff could input/encode the necessary data and information relative to our request.
