Rationale
One of the most important subjects in school is social studies, also known as Araling Panlipunan. It has been a part of ancient cultures since the dawn of time when people began to research and account for past events to keep track of and progress through various inventions. History is the bedrock for introducing modern technologies or instruments to promote and flourish a better way of life. Learning about social studies that is both fruitful and constructive and leaves a community well-informed.
Teachers influence whether students have grasped the concepts of the subject every time they deliver those subjects, regardless of how important Social studies is as a subject. If a topic, such as Social Studies, is interesting or appealing, students will almost certainly become interested enough to listen to and learn from the lessons. There are certain reasons on students’ interest towards learning Social Studies it could be their parents’ involvement, teacher support or even the students learning motivation. These predictors, however, are dependent on the form of students being taught. For example, if a student is interested in a topic with a lot of games, he can become bored with long lectures or board writings, or vice versa. In addition to the teacher's teaching methodology, skills and values may be used as predictors. One of the most critical characteristics for a classroom to achieve educational success is the presence of a teacher.

For me to justify my study about Predictors of attitude towards learning Social Studies. I need this data for the urgency of my study by providing statistics on the NAT results in social studies or recent literature about students' view of social studies affecting their interest to learn it.
