In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business for the period of 2022? or were you an employee for the period of 2022? If you are referring to your BIR Form No. 2316, your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Years 2022 can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
