June 3, 2022 Dear Montano Lopez, Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor.
