May 17, 2023 Dear earl ayles, This refers your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for LATEST CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES BASED ON ACEL RATES GUIDEBOOK. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold.
