Hi, I would like to ask for the latest memorandum about On the Job Training for completion of four years in college and specifically I just want to know whether the company that the intern will have, requires to have an office within the country. Right now, I'm interested in a company that's offshore, has good benefits, and is well-known, but does not have an office within the country. Of course, the internship will be done virtually(WFH). Will this company be eligible to have during an internship in accordance to the latest memorandum of CHED? Will I have difficulties with the signing of MoA?
