Hi! My name is Krizzy Joyce S. Daugdaug, currently a student of Master of Development Communication in the University of the Philippines Open University. My team is looking for a particular record that gives us information on the OSCY rate of BARMM, particularly each cities records. We are trying to figure out which city needs the most of our social mobilization project that revolves on SDG 4 indicator 4.5 by 2030, eliminate gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for the vulnerable, including persons with disabilities.
