Hi. I have been dealing with Gcash representatives to have my Gcash account verified asap as all of us in the family are home quarantined thus we are unable to go out and manually withdraw cash. We are already running out of food and we are desperate. The only option we could think of is purchasing online using Gcash. Gcash people have been very difficult to deal with and we are going around in circles for several days now. They even closed my ticket without any explanation. I hope I am contacting the right people now because I don't know where and how I can possibly resolve this predicament.

Your Request You asked for status of the late Approval of my Account Verification with GCash App. Response to Request Your concern is not considered an FOI request. It is a question or a complaint that only the concerned Telecommunications Entity could give you the outright response.
