Good day, I have sent a laptop for my daughter and still pending on customs as per the DHL courier customs is requiring a NTC permit ,does it really require for 1 pc laptop from UAE, how can i apply this thru online and can we expedite this one cause its needed for schooling. It was on the customs since Oct 29 2021
