Madam/Sir I received the email from FOI(Freedom of Information) stating that my request was declined in lack of compliance of Valid ID/s as per mentioned by receiving officer of FOI and Ms. Christine of CHED. Herewith, I am requesting once again to your agency with regards to this matter. It is my gratitude that you read my concern again. Hope you reconsider this! Thank you very much! PS: Mam/Sir I am writing once again to your agency in view of my request regarding with my education. I hope you understand mam/sir.
