Hello, I acquired a 118 sq meter land with Nabaja Land in their project, La Rosa in Tanay. I am paying 10K+ pesos every month and has to finish in 5 years. However, I learned from my agent that Nabaja Land did not have LTS or license to sell before they advertise this property and still cannot provide one. She informed me so I can ask for refund. As a first time land buyer, I am not fully aware of the process. Now, Nabaja Land would not refund me in full but told me that they can only refund 70% of the total money I invested. Please help, I want a full refund. Regards, Eva
