The OpenStreetMap.org community assists LGUs, NGOs by providing with up-to-date detailed information.
On behalf of OSM, I would like to request for Kilometer Posts Markers national dataset as GeoJSON, KML, or ShapeFile with the following information:
* the road name
* the post identifier (e.g. "K0064")
* location (e.g. left or right)
* road class
* route number
* geographic coordinates (longitude, latitude)
We hope to integrate derivable information from the dataset into OpenStreetMap, and the "Department of Public Works and Highways" is attributed as owner and copyright holder of the data.

Dear Andro,
Thank you for your reply. The OpenStreetMap volunteer community in the Philippines is a loose, informal association of peer volunteers who contribute to the OpenStreetMap project, so I am unable to provide you with a company letterhead, or a supervisor.
Even as an informal organization, we have worked with many local and international organizations, to assist, mentor, or support them as they discover OSM, Free Software and Open Data.
Is there any other way we can comply with your requirements so we could proceed with this request?
