Requested from DOLE by A. Espinosa at 10:54 AM on
Aug. 7, 2019.
Purpose: Alamin ang karapatan ng JO
Date of Coverage: 08/07/2019 - 08/07/2019
Tracking no: #DOLE-744423487355
Gusto ko lang po malaman ang karapatan ng JO: 1. Talaga po bang hindi kami title na magkaroon ng philhealth, pag-ibig , gsis as a Job Order employee? Talagang kami po ba ang magaasikaso nun and file as a voluntary? 2. Talaga po bang no work no pay ang mga Job Order at kapag nataaon na Special/Regular Holiday ay no pay din po kami? 3. Wala po ba talaga leave and Job Order employee? 4. Hindi rin po ba kami allowed to travel as required naman po ng assign Bureau namin and nakalakip naman po sa Job Description namin na required to support kahit sa mga field offices.
