Hi, I would like to know about the details to:
1 - How from PNoy's admin (early years of 2010 onwards) pursued with initial developments of KALIWA Dam
2 - Milestones of the Project since it was proposed to be funded until today.
3 - Different Technical Description / Brief of the Project during PNoy's Admin and now during PRRD (Duterte)
4 - How was it awarded to China, what were the considerations?
5 - Illustrations and Engineering plans/concepts will be highly appreciated.

I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for KALIWA DAM. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 03, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
