Hi I am Mr. Joy Guinto. I just want to know the proper process on how to claim may "Just compensation" as a legal rights after the DPWH project Road Widening Program was executed in our province. Located at Malaya Pililla Rizal last November of 2021. Due to ignorance and life struggles during time I never had a time to check for our rights, No body From the local Gov and concern Dept. tell us about any of this rights of us. They even told us to demolish our own affected properties because if they got to our area and they're the one todo so. we will be fined by the government.

Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
