Hi, I would like to request for a copy of Joint DA-DENR General Memorandum Order No. 3, series of 1991. I have tried to access this document through government websites however I could not find this document. I initially tried with DENR however they redirected me to this department.

I refer to my letter of Aug 25, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Joint DA-DENR General Memorandum Order No. 3, series of 1991. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 17, 2020.
