Thank you for your request dated 22 May 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You are asking whether you are qualified for the second batch of the Social Amelioration Program because you are a solo parent from Brgy. 180 Miramonte Hgts Ph6, Caloocan City. You also stated that you have no work for four months now. You went to the barangay during the first tranche distribution but they said that there was no more SAC form.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

Regarding your concern, you may request your barangay that you be included in the second batch of SAP, as mandated in DSWD Memorandum Circular No. 14, series of 2020 entitled Special Guidelines in the Implementation of the Emergency Subsidy Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, available at https://www.dswd.gov.ph/issuances/MCs/MC_2020-014.pdf.

You may also try to contact the Caloocan City LGU if they could help you. You may contact their City Social Welfare and Development Office for financial assistance, as well.

Your right to request a review
