Thank you for your request dated Aug 20, 2021 08:41:12 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for Job Displacement Report.
Please be informed that as of 31 August 2021, a total of 155,390 workers in 5,839 establishment in Region IVA were temporary/permanently displaced, broken down as follows:
Permanent closure - 4,204 workers (225 est.)
Retrenchment/reduction of workers - 17,547 workers (1,519 est.)
Temporary closure - 50,134 workers (1,780 est.)
Flexible work arrangement/ alternative work scheme - 83,505 workers (2,315 est.)
Be reminded that the above data represents only the submission of the establishments located in Region IVA thru the DOLE Online RKS System which is being managed by the Bureau of Working Conditions. For other information, you may log in to www.dole.gov.ph
