Good evening.. We are currently crafting an ordinance for the simplification of requirements and processes in the issuance of Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy based on JMC 2018-01 of the DILG, DPWH, DTI and DICT. May i ask a downloadable copies of the Annexes under No. 11 of the said JMC for our reference. I have been searching in the internet but i couldn't find it.
