I refer to my letter of Nov 16, 2020 11:28:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly email us the TIN, complete business name and address of your employer from CY 2007 to 2010 for us to be able to properly endorse your request to the concerned Revenue District Office. Furthermore, please email us another valid ID containing your birthdate, signature, and photograph at [email protected], for validation purposes.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 08, 2021 05:39:14 AM, your request will be closed.

Ma'am, I've been trying to call your contact number, but said phone number cannot be reached. However, I emailed you today to clarify about your employer as one of them already cancelled their registration and the other one is registered in Davao.

Good day!

In response to your requested information re: ITR Form 2316 for the year 2007, please be informed that according to the Records Disposition Schedule as provided by the National Archives of the Philippines, dated June 10, 20008, retention period for income tax returns (Corporations/Partnership/Compensation/Self employed) 
is only 6 years, or a maximum of 10 years for other records. 

Since your request is 13 years overdue, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you the information or record that you requested for the simple reason that such records have been properly disposed of.

You may inquire from your previous employer SSI Philippines as their records
are most likely intact. We hope we replied to your query sufficiently.
