Hi! I'd like to request the following:
My ITR for the last 2 years. But since I have no work in 2019, I just need the ITR 2018 (2316) copy to submit to my child's school so we can apply for dormitory lodging.
I was previously employed by AIG Shared Services at iHub2 Bldg. Northgate Filinvest Muntinlupa City (from 2014-2018)
Thank you.

Dear Aubrey Carino,
I refer to my letter of May 19, 2020 04:55:59 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR form.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need to clarify as to why didn't your previous employer (AIG Shared Services) provide your BIR Form 2316 or ITR for CY 2018? It is their obligation as a withholding agent to provide said form to you as an employee and they are the right person to do so since they have to counter sign it alongside you.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 17, 2020 04:37:56 PM, your request will be closed.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
Maria Lourdes Narvaez, OIC- Chief
