Hi. I would like to request for a copy of my ITR 2020, paid last April 2021 thru DBP ROXAS CITY CAPIZ. Unfortunately i can not locate my recieving copy as it may be one of the damaged documents destroyed by the typhoon last december. My TIN ID IS 247 950 282 000 RD 072. I wish that you can helo me with this thank you.
