Your Request You asked for a Certified True Copy of your BIR Form 1700. Response to Request If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1700) for the year 2021, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 41-Mandaluyong City, kindly bring the original return and a photocopy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 1700. Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
