August 4, 2023 Dear Mr. Asuncion: I refer to my letter of Jul 30, 2023 02:42:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR). We called your mobile number today, August 4, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful. Relative to your request, kindly provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for us to verify your registration with the BIR and at the same time the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered.
