September 5, 2022 Madam: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 05, 2022 01:08:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for ITR. Response to Request Per our phone conversation this afternoon September 5, 2022, we advise that you coordinate with the concerned employer (2021) for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 as it is their data and being the primary/original source of such document.
