I refer to my letter of Oct 14, 2023 03:24:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income tax Return.
In reply, kindly clarify the following:
1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
4. What is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)?
Email the requested information at [email protected] and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-786739555993, to respond.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 08, 2024 10:27:14 PM, your request will be closed.
