In reply, kindly clarify the following:
1. What kind of Income Tax Return are you requesting from us, Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2. When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3. Did you file it Online (Thru eBIRForms Facility) or Manually at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered?
4. What is your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)?
