Hi! I would like to ask, my first employer gave me a wrong TIN. Upon verifying with RDO. I don't have any record under my name. What should I do to correct this? Should I contact my first employer?
September 25, 2023 Dear Ms. Arcaño: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 22, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for ITR. Response to your request In reply, please be informed that you may inform your next employer that you have been assigned/given a wrong TIN Number and you may apply for a TIN using BIR Form No. 1902 (if employed). It is the employer's responsibility to apply for a TIN of his/her employees through the ORUS Employer Services Link functionality. The documentary requirement to be attached in ORUS is any government-issued ID that shows the name, address, and birthdate of the applicant, in case the ID has no address, any proof of residence.
