Hi , I would like to request for a copy of my ITR

Coverage or Time Period: From 2016 to 2021
Intended Purpose of Use:  Personal record, applications
From 2016 to 2019 your employer did not file an Income tax return on your behalf. We also did not receive Annex F from your employer which is the proof that your employer came to RDO 47 and has Annex F containing the list and 2316 of their employees who availed of substituted filing.
