Hi, I would like to ask if I can request here my ITR for the year 2020, It is under RDO 23A.

Your request is a  copy of Income Tax Return BIR Form 1701 for the year 2020.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  Upon our communication via the contact number you've given, we have learned that you have not filed BIR Form 1701 for your business and the BIR Form 2316  can be secured from  your employer instead. For further questions, you may contact this District Office at (044) 486 9981 or 9982. We hope we have enlightened you regarding this matter.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to RDO 23A ARDO Juanita T. Manansala at [email protected]. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
