Hi, i would like to get a copy of my ITR-2316 for the year 2021.

September 19, 2022 Sir: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 17, 2022 01:31:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316. Response to Request This is to inform you that as per Revenue Regulations No. 2-2015, Sec 2.83, states that the employer shall furnish each employee with the original copy of BIR Form 2316. Therefore, you can request your employer to provide you your BIR Forms 2316 for the year 2021. For further queries regarding BIR Form 2316, you can the Compliance Section of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered for assistance. Thank you.
