Your Request You asked for ITR 2316. Response to Request After careful consideration, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found in the Alphalist of Employees filed by your employer under our jurisdiction for the years 2012 to 2015. A certification was made on the information gathered for your purpose, a scanned copy of which was sent thru the email provided. Based on the reason stated below, we resolve to deny your request as to the following information: Copy of your ITR for the period. This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since it was only starting 2015 when the employers were required to furnish the BIR with scanned copies of BIR Form No. 2316. Your employer was not required to submit copies of 2316 certificates during the period requested.
