Hi, I would like to request a copy of my ITR 2316 for year 2018 and 2019. 

TIN number: 316907414000

I need a copy since my company won't release my clearance and final pay due to incomplete documents which include the ITR of my previous company.
Also, just incase you need this information:

2018 - Conduent Phils Inc
Jan 2019 - Aug 2019 - Continuum (Integrated Call Center Solutions Phil. Inc.)
Sept 2019 onwards - Techmahindra Phils Inc.
