Date of Coverage: 03/28/1996 - 06/24/2019
Tracking no: #SEC-466345011506
Hi! I would like to ask your good office as regards all pertinent documents that will show the jurisdiction/authority of the SEC to determine nationality of a corporation and ensure compliance with filipino-foreign ownership restrictions. This will be used for my thesis in order to conclude that SEC should have exclusive jurisdiction as regards the subject matter as compared to other regulatory agencies (i.e. as compared to DOE and ERC in the renewable energy generation sector)
