Good day!
I wish to inquire and be enlightened if how many days or months it took for the agency to approve and issue a NOSCA document with this new normal setup?
My document was forwarded last 2nd week of September 2020 as per advised by my agency, DepEd-ROV. It was a reclass from T-III to MT1.

Dear Ms. De Matta:
This refers to your Request for Information (RFI) dated October 14, 2020 which was received by this Office from the FOI Officer of DBM Central Office on October 16, 2020, inquiring if how many days or months it took for the DBM to approve and issue a NOSCA document with this new normal set-up.
As represented, your document which is a reclassification of position from Teacher III to Master Teacher I, was forwarded to DBM-ROV last 2nd week of September 2020 as informed by DEPED-ROV.
Please be informed that, under the DBM Citizen’s Charter, processing of requests like reclassification of positions requires twenty (20) working days from receipt of the request.
Further, per records of this Office, we received the request for reclassification of positions where your name was included from DEPED-ROV on October 2, 2020, and have released/transmitted the approved NOSCA on October 15, 2020 or it took us only nine (9) working days to act on the request from receipt.
Scanned copy of our transmittal letter and the approved NOSCA No. 0502020-10-021, the DEPED request, together with the Notice of Full Grant (Annex E) are hereto attached, for your reference.
