Good day, I would like to know about the current ISP and Telecom Players in Tacloban and in Leyte in general. My understanding, that currently it is only PLDT & Smart, Globe & Innove, and IXS. Who owns their respective backhaul or fiber backbone?

Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. We posted already the list of ISPs and telecom companies therein..However, pertaining to the company history, please be informed that this office does not have the information you are requesting.
