Hi Ma'am/Sir, Good day! I have listed below the questions regarding our request. 1. Since when has your agency become an ISO Certified? 2. How does it benefit your employees? 3. How does it change the work quality of your employees and your organization as a whole? 4. What are the advantages & disadvantages of being an ISO Certified agency? 5. How do you maintain the quality standard under ISO? We know that your agency is a bit busy with a tight schedule so sending us back your answer will be enough. And if you will allow us further, we would like to have a copy of your ISO Cert. Thank you.
November 4, 2022 Dear Mark Glenn Villanueva, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated February 28, 2020 01:06:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request: You asked for ISO Certified Company Request for Interview. Response to your request: The Social Housing Finance Corporation’s (SHFC) Quality Management System (QMS) has been ISO-certified under 9001:2008 standards in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, SHFC’s QMS received ISO certification under 9001:2015 standards which was then re-certified on December 19, 2019. Since then, SHFC has not been able to undergo surveillance audits due to adjustments in its operational processes and alternative work arrangements brought about by the pandemic. It should be noted that its ISO certification has already expired last July 26, 2022. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office could not provide the information you have requested as we deem it will no longer bear relevance should we give an untimely response to your queries. Please note that the SHFC has just gained access to the eFOI portal this year, hence, we are responding to this request at this time, over two years after you submitted your inquiries. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Kevin D. Tan, Vice President of the Systems Coordination Group at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, Elvira G. Inton Customer Relations and Complaints Department FOI Officer (https://2018midyear08242018-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help)
