I am writing this concern in behalf of my Father named DIMASANGCAY A. MANGONDATO who is at its 70's. He is currently a residence of Cawayan Kalaw Maranato Lanao del Sur. In the previous years he said that He was asked to provide pictures and other related documents in support of his senior citizen claim but until as of date he was not informed of being qualified of such program. 

I am asking your good office to check if ever my father was among the beneficiaries this year and the previous years because he did not receive even a cents from it

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) that may have the data that you require. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the NCSC. You may also contact them by telephone at (02) 8-931-81-01. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
