Your request

You requested information on the following: (1) Whether Eloisa Delos Santos is already a 4Ps Beneficiary so that she can get the cash benefit.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:

a.	Information of a personal nature where disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information or records, including sensitive personal information, birth records, school records, or medical or health records;

However, you can probably verify if she is already a 4Ps member by calling or e-mailing the proper DSWD Field Office where Ms. Delos Santos resides (list of FOs websites and contact numbers here: https://www.dswd.gov.ph/directory-of-officials-field-office/ subject to submission of documents to verify your identity.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D.
