Good day! May I request for the official copies of: 1. The latest and official Omnibus Rules Implementing the Labor Code; 2. IRR and guidelines on the implementation of the 13th month pay; 3. Labor Advisory on Payment thru ATM; 4. Rules Implementing retirement laws; 5. Guidelines on compensation of or regular holidays and special days. If they have been superseded or repealed, kindly indicate what has superseded/repealed such. Finally, is there a list of citations/sources from the published Handbooks in the DOLE website? Thank you.
