I would like to inquire whether or not there is already an IRR for the REPUBLIC ACT No. 11292,  "An Act Establishing and Institutionalizing the Seal of Good Local Governance for Local Government Units, and Allocating for This Purpose the Seal of Good Local Governance Fund".

Further, I wonder if there are specific indicators for each of the of the 10 criteria, to wit:

1.  Good Fiscal or Financial Administration or Financial Sustainability
2. Disaster Preparedness
3.Social Protection and Sensitivity Program
4.Health Compliance and Responsiveness and others...

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. According to the Bureau of Local Government Supervision, one of the office responsible for drafting the IRR, said IRR is still being finalized and is yet to be released/published.
