Hi, I would like a true copy please of the IRR of RA 11311, An Act to Improve Land Transportation Terminals, Stations, Stops, Rest Areas and Roll-On/Roll-Off Terminals, Appropriating Funds Therefor and for Other Purposes, as mandated by Section 8 of the aforesaid act. I cannot find a copy of this online. This is in relation to previously submitted FOI ticket number #DOTr-720522622014 We need this IRR to better understand what the remedies are in the event that we come across facilities that are not kept to the standard as that law provides. I need the IRR, NOT the Republic Act. Thank you.
