Section 8 of RA 11239 states that the Secretaries of the DBM, DPWH, and DOTr shall jointly, within 30 days from the effectivity of this Act, promulgate the IRR.
Can I request a copy of the IRR of the RA 11239, to research on the latest process in the utilization of the MVUC Funds.
