May 4, 2020 Dear Ronnell Reyes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 03, 2020 09:33:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be informed that pursuant to DOF and DBM Joint Circular No. 2016-1 dated January 4, 2016, the Bureau of Treasury is the one responsible in crediting the IRA to the depository account of LGUs on a monthly basis. For FY 2020, the IRA of Barangay Lourdes North West, Angeles City amounts to P8,758,965.00 under LBM No. 78-A dated December 17, 2019 and the estimate monthly IRA is P729,913.75.
