Response to your request Your request is approved. For Bohol Province: 1. New Bohol International Airport Project Implementing Agency: Department of Transportation (DOTr) Project Description: The project involves upgrade, expansion, operations and maintenance of the New Bohol International Airport, over a period of 35 years from the start of the turnover of their operations and maintenance. Current Status: Under negotiation 2. Bohol Provincial Waterworks System Project Implementing Agency: Provincial Government of Bohol Project Description: The project involved the financing, rehabilitation, ownership, operation, maintenance and management of the Bohol Provincial Waterworks Systems. Current Status: Completed/ Concluded, Awarded 3. Bohol Provincial Electric System Project Implementing Agency: Provincial Government of Bohol Project Description: The project involved the financing, rehabilitation, ownership, operation, maintenance and management of the Provincial Electric System. Current Status: Completed/ Concluded, Awarded For Negros Province: 1. Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project Implementing Agency: Province of Negros Occidental Project Description: The project involves finance, design, construction, and operation and maintenance of a bulk water supply facilities. The water will be sourced to Malogo River Basin. Current Status: Projects under Development 2. Talisay City Hall Building Project Implementing Agency: City Government of Talisay (Negros Occidental) Project Description: The project involved the financing and construction of the Talisay City Hall Building on a total land area of more or less 40,000 sqm located at Carmela Valley, Lot 2 situated at the Barangays of Bobog and Binonga, Talisay City. It replaced the existing city hall building which is already dilapidated and to enable to accommodate the increasing volume of its constituents transacting business at the City Hall. Current Status: Completed/ Concluded, Awarded For Davao City: 1. Davao City Bypass Road O&M PPP Project Implementing Agency: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Project Description: The project will involve the operations and maintenance of the Davao City Bypass Construction Project Phase 1. The project consists of 2-3km main tunnel, operations control center, and two (2) cut and cover tunnels (CCT), CCT1 and CCT2 which are 315-m and 150-m long, respectively. Current Status: Under conceptualization 2. Tagum City Waste-to-Energy Plant Project Implementing Agency: Local Government of Tagum City Project Description: The project covers the construction of a waste to energy facility that has a patented system to process 80% of waste. The project also aims to reduce volume of waste from landfills, utilize current waste resource, maximize revenue, and to create a guaranteed source of electricity and diesel generation. Current Status: Pre-Construction, Awarded For General Santos City: 1. Redevelopment of General Santos City Public Market Project Implementing Agency: City Government of General Santos Project Description: The project involves the redevelopment of the General Santos City Public Market into the General Santos Town Center, a 4-storey building composed of a public market, commercial/ retail space, and roof deck parking. Current Status: Unsolicited Proposal Under Initial Evaluation by Implementing Agency 2. General Santos City Sanitary Landfill Project Implementing Agency: City Government of General Santos Project Description: The project involves the operation and maintenance of the General Santos City Sanitary Landfill (SLF) and the establishment and implementation of a waste conversion program. It aims to extend the life of the General Santos City SLF and improve its capacity. Current Status: Under conceptualization Your right to request review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter.
